LETTERS !   LETTERS !   LETTERS !

As you read these recent letters, you will be thrilled that you are a part of the International ministry of A Visit With the Joneses, P. O. Box 575, Erie, PA

Brampton, Canada - I have so enjoyed the great hymns on Through The Hymnbook for many years. Last evening Bert wondered if anyone listening might have had connections with Christian Endeavor. Well, that was enough to spur me to writing you. Having grown up in Northern Ireland, I was introduced in my early teens to CE through my church; then later I was influenced when living in Belfast. Those were wonderful days, and I credit CE with bringing me out of my shell as a Christian. Thank you so much for the great selections of hymns which I still enjoy hearing on your program and singing at my church.

St. Louis, Missouri - I just caught your broadcast for the FIRST time. Bert was playing from the "The Old-Fashioned Revival Hour" songbook, and it brought back so many memories. My Mother would listen to the broadcast when I was about 5 years old, so that would be over 50 years ago. Do you know where I could get a copy of the book? I am learning to play the organ, and I am also ordering Bert's CD, which will be a real treat and a blessing.

Erie, PA - I just finished listening to your Visit program that was focused on Dad Jones, who died suddenly in 1961. There were so many beautiful quotes, and since I was getting ready for church, I couldn't catch them all to jot down. Is there a tape of CD of that program? My own Mother died unexpectedly many years ago, and so this program had special meaning for me. The program ended with your Father reading The Gettysburg Address; what a stirring rendition!
